New to me 09 g37s coupe 6spd

HOw long do the clutches last in these cars ?? And about when should it grab ?? When it's almost all the way out ??

The clutch setup on these cars do grab towards the upper half of the pedal travel.

How long do they last. Tough question to answer. All depends on how much slipping occurs. In general, ~40-60K miles seems to be the average, though some have gotten 100K+.

Huh? You have to slip the clutch to get going. The idea is to minimize this to prolong the life of the clutch disk. Some people drive manuals by revving up to some rpm, then slowly letting the clutch out. While this works, it burns up the clutch quickly.
