Maybe something to do with traction control or the awd system.

But the system still needs to "know" when the brake is being applied. There is no mechanical feedback, only electrical. It's possible that something else is telling the ECU to limit RPM but it has to be connected to the brake pedal in some fashion.

Well I disconnected the power from both plugs and disconnected the yaw. Still with all of it off I can't rev past 2200

Anyone have any ideas? With all the power off the break pedal and yaw sensor and the vdc turned off I don't see what else I can do. It should be the same as everyone else. Why is it soo different!

Only 2 things I can think could be a problem.

1. I'm awd. Might be different.
2. I have ICC. Don't know if anyone else has it.

From my knowledge you can t do standing burnout on awd.... this could be why you're having trouble with

Not trying to do a burnout. Just raise the rpms enough to spool the supercharger.

so I have an AWD and I pull the fuse for the awd. ECTS fuse. That puts it in rear wheel drive only. Next i pulled the brake light. First time it spins for a bit but drops down to 2000. Every time after it stay at 2000 unless I change gears or put in reverse. Are you saying there is absolutely no way to to a standing burnout on an AWD? There's got to be someway to trick this damn smart *** computer into letting me burn out

Zombie thread!
but yeah, you need to kill the signal from the brake pedal to the ECM, not the signal from the brake pedal to the BCM/brake lights.
Right off the pedal, before any other module, l(ike the AC Amplifier)
and it should work for you.
Note: As stated above, the car won't start without this signal. So install a toggle.
Bonus. It's now an anti theft kill switch
