Clutch Bleeding Problem

So I have had my car for about 1,500 miles. It currently has 57,750 on it. Since I bought it I noticed the clutch stiffness would change once the transmission was up to temp, a sign of bad clutch fluid. It also seemed liked there was a bit of air in the system. So today I finally decided to tackle the job. I put the car up on my friends lift and we went through the standard process of bleeding it. He would depress the pedal 5 times and hold it and I would quickly open and close the bleeder valve. The first time it worked and a good amount of horrible, black, watery fluid came out. We repeated and barely any fluid would come out from that point on. Barely any fluid would drain out of the master cylinder after about 15 sets. The clutch pedal was also extremely soft (also keep in mind that I have no assist spring). So I figured since the slave cylinder is in the transmission bell housing I had no real way of testing anything with that, so I opened the bleeder valve a bit and had my friend slowly depress the clutch. It steadily pushed fluid out so I believe the master cylinder is fine. I finally resorted to grabbing a vacuum bleeder. It barely pulled anything out.

Unless I can figure out what is causing this problem tonight, the car will be sent to Nissan for repairs and I would really like to avoid that.

Help me out guys.

In between each depress cycle, is the pedal returning to the complete up position on it's own? If not, is your friend assisting it in doing so? Sounds like it's not generating any pressure, thus nothing is coming out after pumping it. Is your friend pumping it quickly or slowly?

Before flushing it, did you use some sort of suction device to get most of the old fluid out? Was it black. Could have have a restriction somewhere.
