I've read there were some TSBs for the 7AT around 2010, so maybe it needs an update from the stealership?

Also, although not many here endorse fuel system cleaner (seemingly because the onwners manual say not to use it - but in my 30 some years of buying cars, every owners manual for every car I had owned said the same thing, and many 370Z owners seem more agreeable to their use), maybe a bottle of techron or Redline SL1 might possibly help a bit.

Is it still under any warranty? Good luck!

Most likely your throttle body. Try cleaning it. Or take it to the dealer and play dumb and complain about it. They might replace them under warranty, as they don't suggest cleaning them.

I have a 2010 with a little under 30,000 miles on it. I've never noticed the rpm's creeping up at a light.
Once a year, I put a bottle of Techron into the gas tank.
My daughter's Hyundai calls for a bottle of Hyundai fuel cleaner (which is actually Techron with a Hyundai label) at each oil change.

I had the exact same thing happen to me in my 2011 sedan. I only noticed it once a few months ago. It was really wanting to accelerate and the idle was over 1000 rpm. I shut the car off and after restarting it, it never happened again.

Happened to me too a few days ago I was not sure if I didn't have my foot slightly on the pedal or not though so I just blew it off hasn't happened since. I remember thinking if it happens again I would bump it into N real quick. I will keep watching it.

I have a 6MT and notice that in the am sometimes the car will slightly rev up to 1500 (maybe even a tad higher) rpm on it's own. It would always come back down shortly after.

The dealership told me that was normal, it had to do with the motor/technology.
