Arrow Then ...

Lets just clean our TB's every 4 months and problem solved lol

I mean this topic has been open for such a long time but yet theres no word from infiniti nor has anyone figured out the issue in a permanent manner.

Infinti will blame us tuner's for adding CAI,and CB's

So the end but maybe a transmission software upgrade ?

Well you know how it feels like it just won't start? Well mine didn't this morning, I had to throttle assist. I had this during extreme cold starts but thought it was just the weather but now its Spring. And again I'm stock. I guess I will do the TB cleaning, how much do you think a mechanic will charge for that, how many hours?

Smile Well ...

Too be honest you should do it yourself, theres a whole DIY on this forum .

I'm going to do mine this summer for sure

For a mechanic to do it it's about $70 infinti to do it your looking at $120

Also i hope your mechanic doesnt disconnect the electronic sensors of the TB otherwise your car won't know what to idle at and will need to be taken to infinti.

You can do this yourself man !!!, your a G37 coupe Owner you GOT THIS !!!!

Plus if you have any question ask away so many smart people on this forum , its a learning experience.

Yeah clean your throttle body, just got my car back from the dealer and it's workin perfect now, also feels like it has more power, if your under warranty and don't want to pay the charge to get it cleaned, tell the dealer or whoever ur warrantied under about the problem and say you THINK it's the throttle body, they will most likely do it for free, I sent my car in 3 times before they actually did it, kept coming back the same so they went and cleaned the TB and everything was good.
