Can Uprev change shift points & rev limiter?

yes it can be raised.. mine is raised to 7850 but its pretty pointless unless you making power up there..

Shouldn't it make power up to at least 7700?

my peak hp numbers were at 7200 then dropped from there

Hmm...my dyno graph looks about the same. However, it's a 4th gear pull. I'll have to see if it falls in a 3rd gear pull.
