G37X 2010 jerks after 3000RPM

This is the second time this happens..

I start driving and as soon as I hit over 2500 RPMs, about 60kms - the car starts jerking like crazy and the RPM goes up and down in that 2000/3000 RPM range.

I then have to pull over, turn my car off for a few minutes and it works fine again.

what i noticed is the "Security Indicator Light" was on and this has something to do with the vehicle Immobilizer system.

Both times it was in the winter with snow on the ground - not sure if thats a factor or not.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Pretty general and inaccurate statement.

Agreed, most people need to go get the ecu and tcm update flash at the dealer i use to have some issues with my AT when i got it and i did a lot of research and realized many members had this done and solved there transmission problems and if you also do a grounding kit update.

Your A/T Transmission will feel like butter

Is grounding something I can do myself, dealership or garage?
