used stillen s/c kit

so there's this barely used (2yrs old out of demo car) stillen s/c kit for sale for $4500. according to the seller everything is included in the sale as is like from stillen. i was told the i'll need to take this/my car to an uprev tuner cuz it currently has or out of 2012 g37s convertable, not even sure if year or convertable matters on tuning?
so i'll probly need to call the seller back and ask the following but i wanted to run it by here/uprev & stillen s/c expert.
- warranty?
- if no warranty $4000? to cover re-tune?
- if there's warranty would re-tune void stillen warranty?

little info on the seller
- heard from someone that a g37 w stillen s/c that blew up last year that the seller sold and installed. later put up the kit for sale and when i inquired about it they said it wasn't for sale anymore or was sold already. it was last year can't remember exactly now.

- as for this kit i've also been told that this kit wasn't running well that's why its been taken out. but according to seller its been removed to sell car stock.

so big questions is, are there 2 different kit or just 1 that's been into 2 different cars that didn't work well?

is it worth it?

Don't waste your time on an USED F.I product as such. Save a little bit more and purchase something newer or that is in Mint condition.

There won't be any warranty thru STILLEN buying a used kit. Since there were issues with the kit/car in the first place I would request the seller to send the injectors out to the manufacturer to do a cleaning anddo a flow test. You also need to make sure that all hardware is included along with all the pulleys because those tiny little parts can add up to your original cost quick. As far as uprev goes you can ask the owner to remove his tune from his car using the provided cable that came with his kit. That way you don't need to purchase a new license that costs $500+

Good luck!

2 years less than 50 km

Seller claims that the car was only driven alot thier dealer parking lot.
About the tuning it sounds like they did a custom tune that why they're saying to take it for retune. Haven't got a chance to call .
