I have the Southbend lightweight flywheel/ Stage III clutch and I like it. As far as transmission oil, there is no need to mix up any cocktail Redline MT-85 is made for Nissan transmission specs.

^^ And apparently I forgot to give credit to BB, he gave me some crucial information that helped me understand the basic concepts. Also, if it wasn't for him, I would've never found out about Southbend. Pretty good stuff...we'll see how they feel once in the car...

Thanks to BluestickG too for clearing out about how the Double Mass flywheel absorbs most of the noise that we hear should we choose to upgrade to a lightweight one-piece flywheel.

Parts are in!!

Got my new flywheel and clutch today!! They'll be installed tomorrow, I cannot wait

My mechanic always shows me any bad parts he replaces, but I'll make sure I take pictures of my worn-out clutch and flywheel...
