Weird clutch noise at idle

My clutch makes a weird noise when I idle. It almost makes the car sound like I have a diesel engine. Yet when I push in the clutch it winds down and goes away after about 1 second. It sounds like a pilot bearing to me, but I don't think these clutches have a pilot bearing.

My car is totally stock. I took it to the dealer and they said its normal. Its been this way for the last 4 of my 5 years. Mine is a very early production unit, one of the first off the boat since I preordered it. Its a G37S if that makes a difference.

I did a search and found a few people talking about it, but no real answer on what it might be.

I'm a daily driver. I never race or really hit it too hard. Definitely not abuse.

Thanks.

It's actually a normal noise with quite a few cars. They get louder with lighter flywheels too. Sounds like a can of marbles right?
