First CEL Light

Well got my first cell on the way home tonight. Took a buddy for ride and ripped on her pretty good, dropped him off and 10 mins later PO106( Absolute Pressure Perfomence) Anyone had this before, I know there has been talk about the Stock MAFs only being able to handle 400 WHP max.

P0106 is for a MAP sensor, NOT a MAF sensor.

Stock MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) can only handle 1 BAR, they are made for N/A cars, which have intakes under vacuum.

You should have had a 2 BAR or 3 BAR MAP installed with your SC. As there is NO vacuum during WOT in your intake, only pressure!!

From: Framingham Ma,
Thanx for all the input guys, My tuner tuned that code off on the ECU, also played a little more with the 0-60 trottle and moved to 91% open,( The max) the ECU will allow. He was telling me how the GTR's and EVO's are similar GTR is like 95% open and the EVO's open about 90-91%. Car felt so much quicker from a dead stop.
