I'd assume you're not dumb, so it should sit fine. Our country is dumb, it likes to sue and cause people who are intelligent to have to suffer from stupidity cuddling.

They must have changed the laws there too. It used to be so you could move a car with the starter, but honestly it's not a big deal to push the clutch in and then let it out.

I'm fairly certain their is no law at least in the USA that pertains to this safety switch.
