Finally found some time to sneak in and start assembling the motor.

Rotating assembly layed out

Block cleaned up & ready for assembly

Carrillo Rods w/ CARR bolts, only the best

Custom CP Pistons to accomodate the extra stroke. 10.5:1 CR, upgraded wrist pins, and gas ports

Assembled short block, bottom

Now to order a bunch of small little parts to button up the bottom end then next is the cylinder head.

You don't expect them to stretch Falkens on the rear wheels do you?

that car is gonna need 200lbs of sandbags in the trunk to keep that puppy in a straight line. or some racing slicks. Can't wait to see this beast in action.

There is PLENTY of traction available. They've shown (2) drag racing vids and described this build is going in their RACE CAR. Yes, slicks will grip nicely.

Tell us, or link to the race car, please?
