I went ahead and ordered Stillen Gen3s.

Takedas have gone back.

That's a great idea, those have a steel band reinforcement.Same thing I use on my pool filter plumbing!!!

Keep an eye on the curved pieces through the radiator sore support.

This is the exact complaint that I have and I think I am going to call the vendor whom I bought it from and see if I can exchange it for the Stillen.

Wow, WTF!? Takeda fail. I like the look of the Stillen filters better anyway. That single filter just looks silly.

Glad I didn't pull the trigger on this yet....

Wonder why they didn't use a higher quality rubber coupler or throw in some of those real nice silicone ones. Unfortunate because I would've expected better of Takeda.
