Mine feels weird... at around 10 mph, it's at 2000 or 3000 rpm.. not even pushing pedal down.

I got an 08 6MT. Had my clutch, flywheel, pilot bearing, throw out bearing, and pressure plate replaced at 39k miles due to a vibration in 1st gear. At 45k miles, 1st gear started popping out, and 2nd started grinding. Replaced the transmission at that time. Vibration in 1st gear is back now at 51k miles. Taking it in tomorrow since Infiniti of Peoria is refusing to even look at my car because they are not confident they will be able to fix it if they open it up.

When the transmission was replaced, was it replaced under warranty?
Even the senior tech wasn't confident?

I'm sorry, I wrote that in a haste and did not throw all the necessary details in there. The tech and Service Manager at Infiniti of Peoria were not confident they would be able to fix it. I took it to North Scottsdale Infiniti and they took my car to see if they can fix it. Infiniti of Peoria actually lied to Infiniti Consumer Affairs and totally denied they noticed any issue with my car what so ever, even after they both told me they noticed the vibration.

Got mine replaced before 30K miles.

Synchros going into 6th were trashed for some reason.

Replaced the tranny/clutch/flywheel under warranty.

I'm getting my tranny replaced tomorrow. Initially took my car in for an exhaust rattle and a weird grinding noise most often heard when rolling through drive-thru restaurants and on inclines. it was an intermittent sound... 1st gear was also whiny. i thought it was just the throw out bearing cuz the grinding noise always happened after releasing the clutch pedal. they initially told me nothing was wrong but then they called me back and said they were ordering me a new transmission.
