Guys, ive been searching the boards on doing the sport shifting with the paddles.
If you do sport shifting, please share what what speed/RPM you are on each gear.
I've been playing around with it, and noticed, I'm revving upto 60mph on 4th gear..

I use the paddles 90% of the time. I also usually leave it in D so that it will automatically go back to D after I use the paddles for a while. I usually short shift while accelerating to get better mileage and I like to downshift while slowing down. You certainly can be at 60 in 4th. I really think you can be at 60 or close to it in second gear if you go to the absolute rpm limit.
For normal driving, I shift in 10 mph increments. 6th gear at 60, 5th gear at 50, etc. Its not perfect, can probably get better mpg (and of course much better performance if I shifted differently), but it beats thinking about it all 
Ive also started to let the car handle downshifting, I hate how sometimes I get caught in a spot where I downshift right as the car is downshifting and I end up going down 2 gears instead of 1.

I hate to say this, but if you have to ask that question, you should leave it in D. There are many variables that determine the best gear for the conditions and perrformance expectations. There is no one answer or proper rpm to shift at. If you already know how to drive a manual transmission, you can simulate it, sans the clutch, with the paddles. If you don't, then I guarantee the car's engine and transmission computers will do a better job than you.

I'll agree with Marc. If you have to ask when the right time is to shift, you should just let the transmission do it for you.

When I want to have fun, I don't do that. Although I hate 1st. It's too short. Even when I have fun, I go to 2nd pretty early.
not sure for me. I leave it in D for the most part. Unless a driver pisses me off then i throw it in manual to get away from them as fast as possible. I know 2nd gear goes to 50+.

Since I've driven stick most of my life, 24 of my 29 years on the road, when in manual mode I shift by the over-all feel and sound of the engine. Depending on whether I'm driving in a spirited mode or a more relaxed mode on the HWY I can adjust my shift points using this method.
Also I rarely ever will drive my car in manual mode in city driving. In city driving if need to down-shift I shift down from auto using the paddles. I only use manual mode in the HWY for spirited driving. For me all paddles just feel artificial, compared to a proper manual gearbox. Specially in city driving. But on the HWY for spirited driving they feel pretty good.
Also if you are interesting in maxing your MPG's, leave it full auto. The auto gearbox is programmed for better gas millage.
