Being that you have an X coupe, I will assume you bought it for some snow/rain usage living in MA...
I would say get some decent priced coilovers (Megan, BC, Tanabe) and spend the rest on sway bars (Stillen or Hitchkis).. But if you want to keep the suspension stock, then buy sway bars and and exhaust (catback like Invidia or axelback like Tanabe)
But it really depends on what you are trying to get out your car...

If you have an X, there is only one set of coilovers (BC), and sway bars (Hotchkis) available for you. Also, most of the exhausts listed will not work, have not been tested, or will take some minor tweaks. Just be careful.
If you want handling, I think the BC coilovers, brake lines, brakes pads, and fluid would be a good way to go. Maybe sway bars, springs, and the brake work.
If you want performance, you can go with an exhaust, and intake or a tune from UpRev.
If you want cosmetics, go with a lip/diffuser and maybe some paint work.
I think on an otherwise stock car you get the most out of the suspension and brake mods. Obviously, if you want to stand out a little more, the cosmetic things may be the way to go.

Man ok guys, some have like 5 ways to go, LOL, I was think about rear duffuser, rear sports lip( Both CF). An intake exhasut? I really would not mind dropping it but wont the ride change= bad?? The reason I went back was I cant stand the stiff ride of my speed3.. I wish I could get a tune, No one where I live does Uprev--DO they? Is the tune worth it with the stock stuff ot should I go intake,Exhaust, tune.

Money in the bank is worth more than adding things to your car.
If nothing else I'd hold onto it and save up and get a mod that will REALLY make the car go... GTM supercharger. They are supposed to be working on a awd compatible version. Imagine having a 400+ awd g37! THAT would be cool.
