DANGEROUS Fuel problem on brand new stock 6mt

For the first 2k miles I never shut the car off during refueling, I doubt it but does anyone here think that this caused the problem?

BTW the problem hasn't occurred again, only 2x so far.
Why in the hell didn't you shut your car off during refueling?

There is an onramp that I take here in San Diego, going south on Ingraham and getting on to the 8 east. Some of you know it I'm sure. That is basically a long 360 degree turn. It is banked a little, but I take that onramp at the limit sometimes (demanding lots of fuel and pulling g's) NEVER Had any issues!

I would think the turn would need to be long enough to where the car has used the fuel that is in the line.

How long is this turn where you had the issue?

Drove my 08 G37S with no issue on that..but just curious..why don't you turn off your car when fueling..? Looks pretty dangerous to me..
