Wow! I went to put the kids to bed and missed it all. I do have the e-mail notification with the text of his post. He called some un-named person the L word in regards to his stated dyno numbers then said "Ill be the first one I TOLD U". Now not a trace!

Stillens here, Josh was debating with me again today in a Tanabe vs Stillen exhaust thread. He's not concerned with coming here or wei's f/s and owning up to anything. (he rather bs around with me instead of helping a member who spend thousands with them) Their busy over at Stillen, daddy has them packaging intakes; you get one free if you buy an exhaust system now lol... Business has gotten that bad for them it really makes me laugh. OP you should ask them what you get free for buying the supercharger, I know bs numbers, headaches, and no customer service is included, but maybe they'll give you something else too!

I read you guys banter earlier today in that thread, rather spirited LOL! UR pretty rough on Josh but I get where you are coming from. BTW, I got the maximum Stillen Bucks discount they were offering a week or so ago which got me the exhaust for around 1/2 price.

I really do not understand why Stillen has not been doing damage control in this thread or their original post for the SC . I was interested in this kit and Max" a Stillen rep" kept telling me a better tune is coming and that the torque #s will get better. Max no longer works for them and the new guy is so lost . As soon as GTM stage 2 SC is done I am off to Cali. Glad I waited and did not put a deposit down on the Stillen .. Blah!!!

Weiboy, so wait you made 411whp on your S/C and you were that unhappy with it just because of that or because of what exaclty? Let me know... as like you and I had PM'ed earlier, I am looking at buying this kit when Chicago warms up... I have wanted this kit since it came out and am stuck to this thread in hopes that dal1307 can renew my hope in dropping thousands to make my fat *** car actually move like it should...

Now my only hopes seem to be to save a bit more and forget my warranty and go TT (yes I know what the advice from all would be on that)...

Stillen now is only quoting 410 to the wheel if you were calling them about this today with their tunes, clearly haven't updated their site on that though.

I think my major tilting point was the same as yours Wei... I want to get this done at a mod friendly dealership so that this stays under warranty... Now it seems like the only lifeline this kit has is a custom tune and if that is the case then TT I guess it will have to be...

Please let us know what you major issue was with this S/C if possible. Disregard Stillen's ****ty customer service and give us the brass tax of what the major issue is even if you can only get 411whp on this kit? I think that would really help those that still are looking into all options of F/I or just complete your full reveiw when you get a chance... anything at all can help, I know you have had a bad experience and we havent heard anything from Stillen as a response but OP prolly hasn't slept since the inception of this thread and I am sure at least a few others are a bit lost...

Thank you for your time and I am sure the OP does not mind the explaination as a thread jack as he will complete his full review once installed and hopefully working the best it can for him.

I don't mind at all. Keeps things interesting while I'm waiting. I didn't know I would stir up such a **it Storm with this post though! LOL!

Is there a reason the GTM Supercharger is out of your decision process to go F/I?

No, not at all really and would love to take a closer look at yours as soon as I can. I saw it once but never had the chance to discuss anything with you or meet you. As soon as there is no sign of salt, I would love to meet up...

But I had originally decided on Stillen for a few reasons, one, I liked the sound a bit better and they had been reliable on the 350s/G35s so I thought it was the better option and would produce better gains then GTM and GTM originally started seeing issues first so I was all for Stillen furthermore. Biggest reason though, I was planning on getting this done at Field's Infiniti where they did their AT anniversay edition with this S/C and produced 427 I think it was at the wheel??? (you drove that car though right?) But as you might know, anything you get done there maintains the factory warranty, even a S/C! So this was the decision maker for me completely (I think Weiboy had the same mindet when he got his but you have to use Stillen's tunes......).

So basically my mindset now, is if I am going to void my warranty, might as well suck it up and throw Twins in it. But please remember me in a few months and maybe you can change my mind and save me some cash in the process...
