Uprev tune with JEimportperformance

I had stillen gen 3 intake and stillen exhaust on my 09 sedan over a year now, never got it tuned, 2 days ago i decided to get the uprev tune done by JE Import performace at Baltimore, MD. I figured my baseline whp is around 300ish with the 2 bolt ons, and if i can get around 20 whp with the uprev tune, i'll be satisfied.

The tuner was James Evans, the owner of the shop, i did some research on him and apparently he's a pro tuner and had many experiences tuning the G's and Z's.

Anyway, here is the result, he did 3 baseline dyno runs and got 301/307/307 whp and 250/252/253 torque respectively. After 4 hours of tuning, he end up getting 327 whp with 262 torque as average, there were few times the torque spiked to 270. Anyway, Im pleased with the result, 26 whp gain is not bad at all. The feel of car is just amazing and its just like all the other reviewers said, no more throttle lag, the car is awaken, it wants to go, etc. Im sure you guys already heard all that so im not gonna go into details.

I would recommend JEimportpeformance to anyone who lives at MD, I did call Hills garage, too. however they didnt call me back on the appointment so i went with JE instead.

Dynapacks don't read WHP, it measures the flywheel hp. Still, the delta there is pretty awesome.

I'm glad JEImport worked out for you.. it's been a hit or miss with that company. I still prefer Hill's, I'll have to find out why they never called you back.
