Can we replace our throwout bearing? Hydraulic WHAT? (lol) Part#/price?

I've been researching my upcoming clutch replacement and I want to replace the TO bearing (as I always have with every clutch in MT I've done?) but I'm reading quite a few folks stating the 37 uses some sort of hydraulic TO bearing which has a built in slave cylinder

Can anybody provide additional information on this? What do I need to be careful of when doing this myself? Should I replace it @ 72k miles even if its not making any (abnormal) noise?

Any info is appreciated....
