Took some videos of break in. There is a fluttering noise above 2000 rpm. Talk to sam and he said that this can be normal. Some cars produce it and some dont. He suggested I go over all the tubes and makes sure all is tight. Will do tonight.

I dont go over 3000 rpm in these videos

Good vids Fezzik... hopefully there's just something loose. That fluttering would annoy me after awhile. Did you put down all the miles you had to for the shakedown last night?

Have someone slowly increase the revs on the engine at idle while you check the pulleys and belt for any unusual operation. If that's not it then maybe it's the diverter valve?

From: Framingham Ma,
First thing I thought also was a DV,, But also could be a belt slapping,

Great write up on this also.

I heard the same fluttering when they were tuning the 350Z HR a few months back. i figured it was because of the low boost created at low RPM. When I get my kit I'll probably go with a Forge diverter valve. It comes with a few springs depending on boost settings. Hopefully that would do it.
