So it's a time machine now...l. They mention nothing about electrical lag and if there was electrical lag it would be milliseconds worth of improvement. I think it's beyond the laws of physics to be faster then a triggered event... that would be psychic booster...lol. And in a car AI.

Dont' get me wrong this is great for those not willing to tune and even if you tuned and did not get an agressive enough thottle table mapping this would still make a notable improvement.

Wow. You are still on this whole tune thing. What op said is correct. The lag is coming from the pedal. It's sends the signal faster than the stock ecu and opens your throttles alot quicker. Please reAd some other forums about this little gadget and no matter how much you tune and adjust your throttle tables the lag is still there. Blah!!

And they talk about the electrical lag many of times. They refer to it as the signal.

First this signal is a voltage level, (see thier graph), for a given pedal position a given voltage is produced which is in the standard range of 0-5v. This device most likely uses a rather simple voltage step up converter to achieve the increase. Stock a 50% pedal position produces 2.5v lets say.. with this device it now produces 3.2v's at 50%... this is all this device does and the same effect can be accomplished via thottle mapping.

A device that fits between the pedal and your ECU can not speed up a signal from the ECU to the throttle boddies. I've highted their description from the site that clearly states all this device does is increase the voltage ratio for this control circuit so that a given pedal position you get a wider opening of the throttle boddies... that's fact gentlemen. This can also be done by adjusting the throttle mapping of the ECU.. also fact.

This can be done on any car with drive by wire throttle controls.

The profit ratio on this device is a real value sell, cost to make is probably under $15 a piece in quantity.

Read the write-up on their website, link was posted above. All this device does is reduce the effective travel of your gas pedal. So if you give it 1/2 throttle this device converts that to something more, such as 3/4 throttle.

Alot of people cannot justify the price for what it does . Like some bashers on here. Thats ok .. It does work and I have no more delay or lag ...
