What intake is going to give me the maximum midrange power?
Let me also add to that what intake is going to maximize power without cutting, ie. no Stillen Stage III. I've been looking at both the Fujita and Stillen Stage II, are there any others that I should be considering and what makes them better?

Yes, best performance for a stock NA. After market air tubes have high intake temp or air flow turbulence and sensor calibration problems. You are not going to out perform the stock air boxes on a street car. Heck, I even would keep the stock boxes if I go FI, if possible.
