Yet another G37 Got custom tunned by UpRev

Big thanks to Basil (tuner) for hooking me up with his great deal for tune,

Basil is really a nice guy to deal with, He didnt gave me my car before he made sure that this car can no longer get any more gains, he did over 10 dynos and sit about 4 hours just for tunning my car.
my mods are:
BMC Drop In Intakes
Fast intention exhaust
Fast intention Test pipes

Ill let the dyno sheet talk now,



The car made 262 RWHP Before Tune
And it made 285 RWHP after tune!

Ignore this dyno sheet. because thats the one that I have,
This dyno the car made 282 HP and it was set on 13 AFR,
but after this, he set the AFR at 12.5 and pushed more IGN time, after that I gained 3 hp which is 285!

The tuner was kinda confused how this car can barely respowns with AFR, but playing with IGN timming with this car is another story!!

this dyno was the last dyno she made, If you pause at the last second of this video you can see that she made 285,

These cars love the extra fuel for some apparent reason. For N/A 12.5 air/fuel is a little on the safe side, but it seems to be where the optimal power is coming from. I noticed I made the most amount of power between 12.4-12.5 at wide open throttle.

does this tune throttle response like the tuning square one?

 

Anytime you get your car tuned (regardless of what software they use) the tuner can adjust throttle response and all that. What most people don't understand is that tuning is all about the tuner, not so much which software they use (although every good tuner I know uses UpRev)
