Wideband
yup
If you want the a/f read out you need to get the HKS AFK amp(One of the best investments in my book). You can connect the Camp2 to this to get A/F data from. Not cheap but you know the name of the game at this point.
The AFK also display knock on the Camp 2

What is your exhaust setup?
Are you running cats?
Do you have a y-pipe?
Where do you plan on putting the sensor or sensors?
Which widebands are you considering?
Widebands need to be placed before the cats. It's not unusual to see someone running with one sensor with a bung on each bank. This allows you to switch the sensor to the other side if you need to. Best setup is a sensor on each side but you have to have a system that can read both. Widebands are not cheap sensors though so that is a factor. And a lot of the times it is difficult to get a sensor (bung) where you need it. Also, the bung should be placed so that it is not on the bottom of the exhaust pipe (in case of water or condensation).

Testing each bank. Trying to pinpoint a problem. Checking for differences.
I've seen some guys (companies) run a sensor on each primary while they were developing new parts for the engine. This tells you what each cylinder is doing.
