Stillen Stage 1 Turn key SC

This is something we all have been waiting for. The car is a 2008 5AT G37S Coupe. I received the packages last Friday and then drop the car off at KRMotorsports here in Killeen Texas for the install same day. KR was recommended to me by Stillen. KR stayed late on Friday and worked on Saturday to complete the car for me. I also had the oil and transmission coolers put on at the same time. Got the install on all of it done for $1000. Shop was awesome and very knowledgeable on the Stillen products. Here are some Droid pics of the install.

I give KRMotorsports an A+. The job turned out great and they were great guys to deal with.

The SC kit itself installed perfectly as the directions said it would in the manual. The shop said it probably was the best install they had in a long time.

Okay so now the SC is installed now comes the tune. I worked with Stillen a lot with this. At first the tune keep putting my car into limp mode and shooting the MAF error codes. Called Josh and he took care of it right away. They just needed to tweak the thresholds for the sensors. Stillen also had UPREV drive 60 miles to see my car and go over there software. Car is running like a champ now. I probably have close to a 100 miles at or over 100 mph lol. yeah that equals the 10 mpg's I'm getting lol. Starting today I will more than likely drive it like before. That is easy until some idiot pulls up next to me.

The dyno should be coming soon.....

Keep us updated with reports on how it is over the long term.

Are you going to show at the 512 project this Saturday at Drive Way Austin? A bunch of us are coming up from Houston and I'd love to see your ride.

So between Parts, Shipping, and Labor how much did you pay? BTW does anyone have an idea how this FI system will effect the longevity of out engines/transmission? Do we need new clutches for the +120BHP?

Awesome! We are coming up (about 14 G's) on Saturday morning and meeting up with The Centex VQ guys from Austin (about 12 G's). By the time you get there we'll be gone but PM me if you want to hook up with us for the evening for dinner and the after show party. Sorry for jacking your SC thread.

I'm very excited for you.
