The 2010 AT uses Matic K? Correct?

The user manual says it uses Matic S but there's no filling tube on the transmission. It's supposed to be dealer serviced only.

Yes you are correct the only way to fill the transmission is with a special tool only the dealer has. Its also a lenghthy process of heating up and cooling down the fluid to get the correct level.

I don't think I remember seeing a recommended change interval for the AT fluid in the owners manual. What's the thought on when it should be changed at the dealer?

There is no recommended interval in the manual - it's a sealed unit so only the dealer can determine if any service is required.
