now the dealership calls me back saying they messed up, the engineer never looked at the car.. they just processed the paperwork now. this thing is dragging on wayyyyy tooo long

 

as an update. I have been putting the car through the paces since i first posted. no problems to report and all is good. i am starting to think that, in my case, this was user error. i have noticed a couple of times, that when i put my foot on the brake, my foot is still very close to the gas pedal. in fact, i have noticed touching the gas pedal while driving and pressing the brake. I have the sport package, so i have the different pedals, though not sure how differently they are shaped.

 

the dealership told me the engineer checked out the car and found nothing wrong.. ahhhhh... its been there almost 3 weeks and i ve had the loaner for about 3 also. with the loaner ive had no issues. so i know it cant be user error for me.
