Tanabe Y pipe OR Injen CAI

I was looking at the Tanabe Y pipe and also at the Injen CAI.
Im planning to do either one of the two but first: Im a little lost about the tanabe y pipe since it claims that is made for the 370z, can the G37 use it without fit me issues?
Also, those of you who have either or both which one will be the best one for the $$ looking that both cost about the same. Thanks in advance

I have the Ichiba Y pipe with the Tannabe exaust and they really work well together. Exotic sounding in my opinion, and seems to add some low end torque.I have the stock intake set up with K&N filters, I keep seeing people changing intake set ups and reading how they experience loss of low end torque and mileage.

modify the exhaust, the stock intake is good enough in this car...however, the exhaust is a bit restrictive....

i had the ichiba y pipe with my tanabes and berk hfc i hateddddddd the ichiba y pipe, it added so much rasp. i got rid of the ichiba looked into the tanabe y pipe wondering if it would make a difference like less rasp, but couldnt find the money to experiment like that.. and i was told by a vendor that the tanabe y pipe is from the g35 and it fits the 37

IMO it's best to start w/ a HFC and work your way back to exhaust if you can't afford to do everything at once. As far as the intake, I prefer the Stillen gen 3 over the Injen. Again, just my .02

Tanabe Ypipe is a bad design. It goes from 70 mm diameter to 60mm diameter at the junction.

The exhaust depot Ypipe is 70mm the entire length. Also ED makes all of their in house, so if you want a custom sized flange for aftermaket exhaust they can do it.

Here is a pic of the ED Ypipe vs a stock.
