This setup is something I'm not crazy about on my new G. DS should have it's own gate, and when you move the gearshift (I don't have paddles, so I have even less options than you guys) into manual - it's in manual!! I do not like this sequence of moving the lever over, then having to perform an up or down-shift to be in manual mode.
