For those that have RPM issues
I had been experiencing rough RPM fluctuations from the point of annoyance to inconvenience. Whenever I came to a stop and clutch out, the RPM would drop from 700 to 500-600. You'd feel the car shake as if it's about to stall, then it'll come back up to 900 and back down to idle 700. This happened semi-regularly. A few times, I had to stop and go and the car actually stalled. I've also had cases where I'd start the car up and the RPM would just drop and dies.
So after duplicating the problem to the tech at the dealership, I dropped off the car. Picked up the car last night and so far it seems ok. Problem hasn't come back, everything is running smooth.
Apparently they found the intake timing solenoids on both banks stuck. No DTC detected. Both intake timing solenoids were replaced and the oil was changed.
The tech explained to me that they have seen cases with other cars that if you go too long over the recommended interval for oil change, something (magnetic valve timing cover, I think), doesn't adjust and causes similar problem. It was mostly on AT sedans where the owners were not changing the oil. I was the first he's seen with the 6MT though.
I took the car to Cerritos Infiniti to my usual service consultant, April. I've been going to her every time I have an issue. She has always done an excellent job. Strongly recommended.
The tech that worked on my car was Scott, also very nice guy, very knowledgeable.

My car does this too. Pretty annoying like you mentioned. Gonna get mine checked and bring up what you mentioned about the intake timing solenoids.

Have talked to Phil Tucker, service and parts manager, a few times over the year too. Very nice guy, much better than the last one!
