Today's testing went extremely well!

We had a few goals today and quite a lot of data logging equipment inside the car. We were monitoring a lot of different data points and wanted to put the car through stressful environments, high speed tests, hard launch tests and more to see how everything would perform. We are extremely proud to say that the test could not have been better. Steve was able to really lean on the car and push it hard. We started out with a few simple high speed runs to well over 120+ MPH. Then after that was done we switched over to a tight course to really load up the car and try to get it warm and pushing hard. Then finished up with some really hard driving and let the tires burn!!!

It was really good that we were able to test the supecharger on the automatic gearbox G37. It really proved that the gearbox could handle the power and we were all impressed with its performance. Smooth clean shifts every time and no hang ups at all. Most impressive was the performance during the abuse tests...You'll see the video's on that soon!

At the end of the day Steve commented on how impressed he was with the low-end performance and responsiveness. We all know that centrifugals are known for having a lag similar to turbo's but he was commenting on how impressed he was with the ability to stand on the throttle at lower RPM to aid the car in rotating through the corner. Which is something that he was very concerned about.

I will update this post later tonight with some photos and a short teaser video.

Here is the short teaser video that Josh shot on his Iphone...We know it's not super HD quality but it should be good for now. You can see everyone standing around with cameras and what not we will edit the footage next week when things slow down a little.

Thank you very much for the compliments! We are very excited about the kit and can't wait to release all of the information. This project has been a lot of fun and we are very proud of the results.

I don't know yet. We are working out some of the final details such as the discounts and what not. Yes, we will need to get the Gen. 3's back.

We are going to start with the Street/CARB kit. Then once that one is finalized we will submit all of our information to CARB so we can begin our CARB testing. In order to apply for CARB approval you have to have all of your information together. A complete parts list, instructions, EVERYTHING! has to be included. Then, once that is completed we will begin cranking up the boost and tuning the competition kit. The tuner kit is basically the CARB kit without fuel management so that one's essentially done already.

All of our testing to date though has been the street/CARB kit.

So you're getting over 400 whp on the CARB-legal version, then? Nice.

Kyle or Josh, a little off topic, but ....

Any word on compatability of this VQ37HR kit with the VQ35HR?

Any intent to R/D this officially?

It has always been our intention to look at adapting this to the HR motor.. I'll definitely give you the official yes this is on the R&D hitlist.. but we'll need to get everything dialed in for the 3.7L first..

If you were to get the Gen. 3's back would you sell them used? Because guys like me would be interested (that is if the sc is out of my price range).

that would be a great idea...it would definately get the product out to a wider range of people...specifically ones who have been hit by the economy more than others...like me...LOL

That would definitely be the plan. We would freshen them up with new filters of course but yea they would be re-sold as used.

Looks like the heavy 22s are off and the stocks are back on. That make a big difference in power?
