Transmission and diff oil change??

So I went to the dealer a couple months ago to get some TSB stuff taken care of and he tells me the G is due for a tranny/diff oil change. I decided to wait but now I think it needs to be done. I of course have the 6MT and am wondering if I should let them do the whole change or if I should buy a specific tranny oil for them to use. Does anybody have any experience with this? Can you recommend the best oil for this application? Thanks guys!

Thanks for the links BB but I don't really want to do it myself. I was just wondering if you have any suggestions as to which is the best oil to use for each application?

In tge stickies referenced above, I listed the exact fluids that I used in my car. They've done just fine so I'd recommend them to anyone.
