Power doesn't do anything to me as long as I don't lose the power.
What I want is the sound and because of one additional resonator of the MXP TP, it might sound even better with that.

I should have hold my opinion until I hear the MXP TPs in person though

Also the power gain will be almost same no matter which test pipes you go with. Maybe a few hp? Test pipes are just pipes at the end of the day

LOL I'm loving the rumor spread already, MXP didn't even mention any dyno's or number claims!!

The pressure drop across a perforated surface stacked with rockwool around it aka resonator is negligable, trust me, neither a dyno nor your butt dyno will see a difference

I honestly don't think the MXP test pipes are going to sound anything different then the FI or even GTM resonated pipes (they're probably not going to make anymore power either). You're comparing 2 small resonators to one big resonator between all 3 different brands. If I had to guess, the MXP resonators are NO bigger then about 5 inches each (maybe even 4.5"). Fast Intentions' is one big 8" resonator. 2" really isn't going to make much of a difference in sound quality and eliminating anymore rasp, but that's just my 2 cents.

Oh, and I saw the price tag for the MXP pipes, and they're more expensive then a set of high flow cats.
