I dont know where you live but in Florida almost every modified car has no cats

Unless you have your mouth around the tips of the exhaust trying to inhale the fumes, there isnt much of a health issue. Now if your worried about the "ozone" then you must have also voted for Obama and your a lost cause

But, what's speical about the Mackin one?
I can't tell any difference from pictures and there is no extended O2 sensor mounting.
