Shoot, I only hope they replace my transmission when i take my G to the dealer in 500 more miles.. The problems I am having with this 6MT is absurd. (throw out bearing is only 1 of about 4 problems.)

^ It's that popular "grinding noise" that everyone says is normal. The one that goes away when you push the clutch in.

Oh and for the record, I got my transmission, throw-out bearing, clutch, and pressure plate replaced last week because of a grind i'd get when shifting into 6th. All annoying tranny noises are gone now

I think I've got the 'grinding noise' being mentioned here. I really notice it when I back in to my garage and then let out the clutch just before I shut her down. It's just a grinding/spinning kind of sound that didn't used to be there when it was new. I've got 20k on it now (had it since Oct. 08). I've mentioned it twice during reg. service visits and they keep telling me it's 'normal'.

How can I convince them to do something about it? Is there a TSB out on this?

Much thanks for any suggestions....

have them come out with you.
push the clutch in and let it go so they could here the difference.
It's not suppose to sound like that.
