Im going to do my own oil change and Im not sure which oil they use if its is NOT the Ester Oil.

I use Mobil 1, 5W-30, 5 1/2 quarts.

i have no clue how to do an oil change but rather do it myself then the dealer
any tutorials u guys may know of

 

If you have no clue then take it to the dealership.

It is even easier on the G37. It's just 4 bolts towards the rear of the debris guard, fold down the guard at the crease, and everything is the same from there out.

As far as oil is concerned, just use a quality 5w30, 5 1/8 qts with filter change which is out of the owners manual. I've used Pennzoil for now, will soon move to Pennzoil Platinum. Just acquired a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee as well and will also be running Pennzoil Platinum in the Jeep. Great reviews on www.bobistheoilguy.com.
