july 14 update on car.
broke off a new corvette today. while on the way home on a 2 lane road this guy is messing with me doing fast take offs and such while i am behind him. we came up on a red light but there was a truck in the left lane. i pulled into the right lane and he followed behind me until we both stopped. the light turned green and i took off a little hard to get in front of the truck on my left, then slowing down. he pulled up next to me, we where going about 30~40 at this point - I heard him get on it so I put what i had down. the cars where about even for 3rd gear and then as soon as I shifted I pulled on him pretty good, I was about 6~7 cars ahead of him before i let off. he rolled down his windows as he passed me and gave me a thumbs up. when we got to the next light I asked him what year it was and he replied 2009. the light turned and we went our seperate ways. i was had a big grin the rest of the way home.

Your G should be almost unbeatable in a roll from 3rd gear. Were you running with the EBC turned up or were you on WG spring pressure?
