^^ it was Sam drifting over a speed bump that got his car over the curb and then drove off the curb, which dented the exhaust.

Fast Intentions get my vote. It gets a little drone-y at certain RPM's and speeds. But most of the time it sounds excellent

I had Tanabe and liked them except they were a bit too loud. Have some regrets now for getting rid of them. Found some on ebay for $400, that should help make the decision.

FI, it's a perfect fit, the welds are immaculate and smoothed out on the inside (not sure on the Tanabe, but three exhausts I tried on my Talon were all done wrong). I have the oval cans, and I don't notice that it's much louder than stock.

Gotcha, sounds great! Surprised I don't see more HKS exhausts on G37's.

HKS has no drone, even with Berk HFCs. You can talk normally cruising @ 100 mph to 120 mph. You can still use your built in bluetooth with no problem.

One nice thing about HKS is @ WOT on 1st, 2nd up to 4th gear, it is loud. But cruising speed, it is quiet, just the way I like it.
