Driving to school today and while I was in tip like 99.9% of the time...the car just jolts and D comes up while the shifters in tip and won't come out of it.anybody know y? Could it b the stillen grounding kit? Cars going to the dealer tomorrow

 

I had this problem, made a thread about it, had to have my shifter replaced.

It could be becasue you have the wrong parts installed. Tiptronic is specific to Porsche...


just messin' with ya...

I think its a problem with the shift lever. The grounding kit wouldn't affect the shifting program... I'm sure the dealer will figure it out.
