both are great shops. Both do great work. Both are professional. Both are A-Class. One i believe GTM, does more development for parts but both do custom turbos and builds etc. Its really a question of what is being done and how intense of a build you want. Both are fully capable though. Flip a coin and pull out a credit card is what i would do if shipping is needed.
