basically it helps eliminate eletrical static in the car, improving its components. It helps with the shifting, radio, and any other parts that are electronic related.
I have a very hard time understanding how a 40k dollar car has a ground problem from the factory that causes shifting errors and interference, that can be corrected with 15 bucks worth of copper wire. These NEVER had an effect that i could 'feel' on any of my other cars.

If you inspect the wires that are used for grounding you should understand perfectly. It won't correct any "shifting errors", but it most definitely will shift more smoothly and in many cases quicker and will eliminate or reduce electrical interference that Nissan is famous for.
My shifting error reference pertains to how 'smooth' it shift's. Meaning that the sensors are obviously not getting the correct readings to make the car shift smoothly as the factory intended, causing a hesitation. Oh and to make clear I don't have a 37 but am looking to buy. Anyways I see this thread and others on this site where people are buying these things and they feel this difference. But my experience with the last car that i built for scion was an automatic tC, supercharged, flashed had HID's the works. I got a ground wire sponsorship for shows and never noticed a thing when i installed them. Looked nice though =).

Welcome to the forum NemesiS! I've never driven a tC so I wouldn't know about them, but I do know about Nissans. On other Nissan models they have helped noticeably on automatics. I don't rock and AT so I don't have personal experience related to the G to share, but given my past experience with the very noticeable difference they make, I'll believe those who do have them and notice the improvement.
Yeah I already have one. I made my own kit. If nothing else it helped to tighten up the shifts. I am not trying to sell anything, and you can buy it or don't, I don't really care. All that I know is it worked for me. I was a little apprehensive to buying a kit, so i made my own to try it. $10 vs. a couple hundred, no question. It works great for me and I am not even going to buy a professional one. 5AT great thing to have.
