Hey guys, Guess what I just got off the phone with infiniti customer service.

Since i had 4 mugfflers replaced & then had problem withheat shield.

Looks like I am getting a partial reembursement for the money I laid out for new exhaust.

They take into account past ownership & current issues.

I am a pig in **** right now casue I thought I was beat.

Oh trust me after all the crap I went through, I am doing waht I can.

I layed into them about the muffler.

I think if ewnough people document, They will cave in.

Just got off the phone with ICS rep.

They do not normally allow aftermarket parts (I convinced tem to see it my way)

They offered the following.

1 months car payment (in my case $455.00)

or $200.00 service voucher. (Screw the voucher give me the cash)

So now I got my cat back & HFC's with Infiniti's approval & $455.00.

And I wasn't gonna even try, I figured what the hell do I got to loose?
