kickin out the read end -bad for differential?
The simple answer is yes. It reduces the life of the diff. Are you going to blow your diff if you drift or kick your end out once a month like you say? No of course not. But it will reduce the overall life of the diff and depending on how long you do it, you do run the risk of damaging something. I dont know if the 37 and 37 use the same diff but if they dont then people really have no idea how strong the diff is right now. For instance When the Honda S2000 came out people didnt know anything about the diff because there was no long term experience with them and they ended up blowing them left and right. I went through two oem diff's in My S2k before switching out to a Cusco 2 way LSD. that thing was bulletproof. When cusco releases their lsd for this car I will be swapping out.
comes down... you put stress on your car, it won't last as long as if it was used under "normal - commuting" driving standards...
Even if its just once a month, or once a year... a car isn't going to heal itself for you to keep doing it from time to time. =P
