Power Steering Fluid

I've noticed that in the engine bay while the engine is running the power steering fluid liquid vibrates inside the container. Is this normal?? I don't ever recall the g35 ever having this problem? Just a pet peeve i got and wondering if everyone else had this.. Thanks in advance!
