Anyway to Change the Rev Limiter in 6MT

When accelerating in first gear or any gear for that matter, if you hit the rev limiter it is as if power is cut to the engine. Even if you still have your foot to the floor, the rpms drop to a certain level, and then power comes on again. In my last car, if you hit the rev limiter it would just bounce off of it very fast. Is there a way to change this? Does it/can it be done by tune? Anyone have any experience with this?

Power is cut for a reason, you don't want to spin a bearing.

A tune can bring the limiter to 7800, maybe 8000.

My redline on my 93 octane map with UpRev is 7800, tuned by SOHO.
