Why don't tuners in NoVA area offer an e-tune for Ecutek?

I called 5 tuners in the area:
PTI
Hills Garage
AAM Competition
Baker Peformance
RT Tuning

Only 2 offer e-tunes but have not given me further info regarding the process or price and the rest don't care/have awd dynos. Only one had awd dyno and quoted me $850, which is on the high side for an OFT tune. Its like these tuners don't want my money?

Is it better if I contacted a tuner further away for an e-tune? I would like to be relatively close in case something goes wrong? Thoughts...

for e-tunes, especially ecutek, people recommend seb from speciality z. Not too sure why those tuners wouldn't want to do etunes besides not being able to see how your car performs or runs as it is now already. Maybe variables too why they dont.

Could look into JE Import. They do AWD dyno tuning at $265 / hour.

I've heard A LOT of good things about Seb for the e-tune. Probably your best route
