DO you guys think I should even do that or will the tune solve that problem? Currently there isn't much of a lag like there used to be before I got the UpRev tune, but it's still a little slow on the downshift if I hit it hard.
I wouldn't bother with the dealer, I'm pretty sure the ecutek software will over ride whatever tsb is loaded into the trans computer. I can attest first hand that the ecutek software does indeed quicken up the 7at shifting as well as the firmness of the shifts. my tune increased line pressure 15% and it is a very noticeable difference.

Yes I run 93 OCT and I also run a bottle of turbo 108( Oct booster) 2 times a month. Car does run strong. I broke the rears loose and chip HARD hitting 2nd last Thursday. Pretty impressive since a have a X sedan.
Nice! thanks for the response. seb stated that our cars are tuned from the factory for 93 octane gas, and that he sees cali cars having all kinds of knock on the factory tune with the crap 91 we get here. even with that in mind, I still gained some good power over my last tune that was on the old ecutek software. got 297whp and 242wtq with just intake and exhaust on 91 swill.

Yea man don't do that. It'll wipe out the tune. The ECU ROM ID will change and you have to ask your tuner for another one. I haven't experienced so not sure their if there is a cost to have that done,.

Why doesn't ecutek list any info for the G37 on their website or do I look at the kit for the 370z?
