Guys, anyone done a dyno tune to his G37? i am looking for a professional, perfect dyno chart results. I want to familiarize my self with what to expect. I mean what is the perfect tune results should be? what is the AFR reading should be ? no lean? no rich? i want perfect.

I had some of my friends with a really bad experiences with a tuner that had the engine too lean to the extent that his engine blow up with the first full throttle.

Please, share the results you got.

Well, I don't know about the "perfect" tune part, but there's a sticker thread in the tech area - engine, drivetrain, forced induction part of the forum that's basically just dynos. Your best bet is to find the before and after charts for someone with a similar setup as you. Even then, all sorts of factors make it difficult to compare results (altitude, humidity, etc). But you should be able to get a ballpark idea of the improvement to expect. I have a chart posted there that compares a cai installed without a tune and then with a tune.

Also, it might be a good idea to just look for a well- regarded Nissan tuner in your area.

Hope that helps.
